Founder and primary consultant dr. Jaap Wieling has been active in the drug development arena since 1988, as a scientist, as an executive and as an entrepreneur. He has built research and managerial expertise in biological manufacturing & quality control, preclinical and clinical research & development including pharmacology, DMPK, bioanalysis and translational medicine.
He has co-founded a clinical and bioanalytical CRO in 1999, and 2 biopharmaceutical companies in 2015 and 2017 respectively. Between 1995 and 2015 he has been a lecturer at Groningen University in various drug development topics, he is co-founder and co-organizer of many conferences and author of around a 100 scientific presentations and publications.
